Location was great.

− Two flights of stairs to carry up 23kg+ of luggage per person. Lounge was extremely uncomfortable and so were the beds. Instructions to park the car down the street were not clear. We drove around the streets a few times to try and locate it. When I spoke to the staff and expressed how the instructions weren’t clear they said it was only me that didn’t understand. You need to drive through the Tradestaff carpark to get to the public carpark at the back. No Wilson sign and Parkmate sign not visible from the street especially at night time. If I had read the reviews prior to booking I may not have stayed. I definitely wasn’t the only one as others had mentioned the same thing and still this hasn’t been addressed.

The location was great! Only a short walk to The River side markets and no much further to the kids playground at Margaret Mahey park. The unit had everything we needed. Very clean and a homey feeling.

− The door on the first room at the top of the stairs catches which wakes others overnight when using bathroom.

Great central location close to Riverside Market and the CBD. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our stay. Free parking was a big advantage, and communication from the host was easy and helpful.

It was very clean and tidy. The location is within easy walking distance to the cbd The hosts were responsive to messages. Kitchen is well kitted out.

− The door code we were given was incorrect. It was completely different, so not just a typo. While the hosts responded quickly to my message and gave me a new code, having to stand in an unsheltered area in winter sorting it out wasn't ideal. Also, I think they need to update their instructions ref to the parking. The instruction advised it was a Wilson car park. None of the signage at the location is for Wilson, it is a different company that they are affiliated with. The entrance to said parking is also not easy to spot, as the entrance is through a private car park with no signage for Wilson or the other at the street entrance. Google maps assured me it was the correct place though, and what description was given fitted the parking location in other aspects.
