Lorenzo et Rosallia sont des personnes tres empathiques et tres accueillantes. L'appartement est tres agréable avec une terrasse qui vous offre une vue magnifique sur la grande bleue, la tranquillité et les concerts estivaux et géniaux, ni trop fort, ni trop intrusifs...juste très agréable, vraiment sont une gaieté festive à portée de tous et respectant les vacanciers Et finissant généralement tôt en fin de soirée maximum minuit ...en même temps ce sont les vacances nous sommes là pour profiter et cet appartement qui est équipé de la climatisation dans les 3 pièces principales. Chambre, salon avec un super canapé-lit convertible et dans la cuisine salle à manger. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour d'une semaine. Le Podgio est vraiment beau, paisible et tranquille. A 15 minutes d'une plage familiale, populaire et tellement enrichissante ! Les "3" pontes... Plage magnifique, possibilité de louer à la semaine des transats vraiment agréables à des prix très abordables. Et une équipe de jeunes à partir de 13h00 qui sont motivés, festifs, taquins... un vrai dépaysement et un régal. Bref, que ce soit les propriétaires, l'environnement, la vue et la plage que nous avons choisie ne furent que du bonheur ! Encore merci à Lorenzo pour ses attentions et pour son message de bon anniversaire 🎂 à notre fille, un dimanche et au lendemain de notre arrivée. Ce message fut vraiment à la hauteur de l'immense prévenance de Lorenzo. Encore merci !!!

Really awsome view, lovely seaside and calm enviroment. Everything was clear and comunication with host was fast. Everything what we needed we got so we were satisfied with service. A/C isn’t definitely needed because of windy weather.
