Casa accogliente e pulitissima. Ci sono tutti i comfort per trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità. La cucina è super attrezzata, il balcone è grande e si può comodamente mangiare sia dentro che fuori. Posizione ottima: vicina sia al centro che al mare. La proprietaria è sempre attenta e disponibile. Ci torneremo!

Lovely apartment with big balcony close to the beach.

The balcony is amazing and the apartment has everything you need, even the beach umbrella🏖️. The hostess is lovely and speaks English well. There is a shop “crai” within a few minutes walking distance and the beach is super close too. Will definitely come back!

Lovely stay two blocks from the beach.

We wanted a place close to the sea (to escape the summer heat) but also with easy access to Rome and Lazio. Ladispoli was great for this, and the apartment was perfect, both close to the station and close to the beach. It was big and contained everything we needed for our stay. The interior decor made it feel like a genuine flat people live in, in contrast to an impersonal hotel room - it felt almost like visiting a grandmother. Nice balcony. Our hostess was very helpful, and we felt very well taken care of. We hope we can come back.

Had an amazing time at the beach.

Very cool black sand beach next to us. AC was great, met a friendly owner for check in. Close to a lot of stores, I got a haircut at no hat barber nearby and it was good. Perfect for a beach getaway when traveling near rome. Also came with a beach umbrella and water which was appreciated! Also it was close to the train station.
