9.0Perfeito para quem precisa estacionar! O apartamento é muito aconchegante e bem localizado a piscina faz muita diferença na volta da praia e da para relaxar e ver o por do sol.
− Nao tem nada ruim só deixo uma dica para terem atenção na manutenção, tem uma prateleira solta na cozinha que pode ser perigoso e alguns eletrodomésticos poderiam ser trocados pois não funcionam.

− Havia uma migração de água do box para fora, que molhavas todo momento o chão do banheiro. Mas não foi um problema.
