El piso se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones y reformado. Es muy amplio y perfecto para convivir 6 personas cómodamente.
− Le faltan algunas cosas como mesillas en la habitación principal o colgadores en el baño para las toallas. Pero por lo demás está muy bien.

Todo muy nuevo y limpio.
− La empresa que lo llevaba era un desastre, el dueño del apartamento se puso en contacto conmigo y fue muy amable y realizó los tramites que debería haber hecho la empresa. Además está mucho mas nuevo y bonito en la realidad que en las fotos ya que han hecho reformas, la empresa debería actualizar las fotos y sacarle mayor partido. Repito EL DUEÑO DEL APARTAMENTO MUY AMABLE

la ubicación me pareció muy bien. Muchos supermercados y bares cerca y la playa de Laredo muy cerca
− no me gustó la limpieza de la cocina porque el patio estaba muy sucio y los muebles del salon bastante deteriorados. Los sofás un poco sucios también. el mobiliario del dormitorio de dos camas muy escaso. el armario muy antiguo Creo que por el coste del alquiler debía estar el apartamento mas actualizado y mejor acondicionado

Los baños con espacio y completos.Las habitaciones de matrimonio grandes ,la tercera habitación para una sola persona también está muy bien.Cocina equipada con lo necesario.
