2.0Las instalaciones del hotel Ritz Carlton son excelentes, frente a la playa, el personal es amabilísimo
− Pagamos U$S 2.889,46 por cuatro noches en un Ocean View Studio, pero el studio tenía una sola ventana con una cortina black-out que no se podía abrir ya que tenía el mecanismo roto. Hicimos el reclamo y nos dijeron que no la podían reparar ni cambiar durante nuestra estadía en Key Biscayne. Booking nos ofrece un reembolso de U$S 250 pero no es un reembolso satisfactorio en lo más mínimo ya que no tuvimos la posibilidad de ver el océano desde el studio, ni siquiera tuvimos luz natural en toda nuestra estadía.
Bad communication with the owner/management company
2.0We were not told the unit was not part of the cleaning service of the Ritz. There was no cleaning of the room for 4 days and we had to ask for fresh towels from the Ritz manager. Terrible!
