Horrible experience for our group

If I could rate it as minus 10, I would! You as hotels.com should mention the fact that this apartment is not part of the hotel/machu pitchu complex! There is no option to get any support if needed. When we just arrived we noticed there is no light in the bathroom. In addition the the shower pipe was clogged and the water accumulated and would pour out in every shower! There were no batteries in the TV remote control and the lockers of the ski storage cabinet was missing!! Group of 4 people has to use their phone’s flash light instead the bathroom light..it’s embarrassing!!! We tried to make a phone call to their service twice but every time they just said “hi ok give me one second “ and and hung up the call! We wrote them several emails, almost every day, they answered maybe once, said that someone will come but no one arrived! Horrible horrible experience, It ruined our whole vacation! So that’s was our experience from this horrible room! I except you as the marketers of this room, to contact them and do something!!

Terrible place

Getting in touch with the staff was terrible. Building overall even worst, dirty and old. Room had a couch instead of a bed, half of the lights didnt work. They charge you for sheets and towels. Room was not clean. We tried leaving one day before because of the bad conditions. I wouldnt recommend it at all. I was thinking in asking for a refund. Hotels.com shouldnt have places like this on their website.

A FUIR ! UNE CATASTROPHE ! Etat de délabrement et de crasse avancé ! Photos de publicité mensongères et ne correspondant pas du tout à la réalité. Traces d'excréments sur les murs, meubles cassés, oreillers et couette de couleur jaune, même pas un rouleau de papier WC dans les toilettes. Le pire séjour de toute ma vie.

Etablissement à fuir, délabré. Piscine fitness fermé au printemps et en été. Pas de personnel sur place. Mobilier délabré, ménage pas fait, vue sur un mur et non sur montagne. Jamais je n'ai fréquenté un logement aussi douteux par le biais d'HOTELS.COM.
