Top verblijf! De locatie is echt perfect en de accommodatie is modern, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker een aanrader!

Central et pas trop cher.
− -impossible de se garer dans le quartier (il faut un badge de résident) - il règne une chaleur étouffante dans cet appartement sans climatisation. -il faut donc ouvrir les fenêtres sur la rue, très passante de jour et très tôt le matin. Donc on ne dort pas, soit à cause de la chaleur soit à cause du bruit. - il n'y a pas de volets et les rideaux ne couvrent pas bien les fenêtres. Donc des vis à vis de tous les côtés (car l'appartement est au rez de chaussée, avec des immeubles d'habitation tout autour). La porte d'entrée donne directement sur la rue. - sans parler du robinet du lavabo cassé, du pommeau de douche qui fuit de tous les côtés, des lampes de chevet cassées... Cet appartement a un peu gâché notre séjour à Augsburg. Nous avons préféré partir un jour plus tôt que prévu à cause de cela (sans aucun remboursement même partiel consenti par booking ou le propriétaire, mais c'était dans le contrat). Appartement à fuir. Les avis favorables émanent très vraisemblablement des propriétaires.

− Einige defekte Lampen, Hebel der Waschtisch Armatur defekt, Duschbrause am Schlauch undicht, Ausstattung der Küche ist miserabel. Kein Spültuch o.a. vorhanden…

Zag er netjes uit. Schoon. Koffie en thee was aanwezig.
− Nachtlampjes naast het bed waren kapot. Kraan was kapot. Erg luidruchtig omdat de deur die direct aan de straat grenst niet geluiddicht is. Daardoor een slecht nacht gehad. Dekbed is klein.
