A disappointing stay in an apartment with much potential!

It was in a good location, and a nice neighborhood.

− Rental issues: Weeds for lawn and not mowed- untended yard. Garbage in yard- socks and water bottle. Bed - advertised with 3, but only 2 beds. Landlord came with blowup bed at 11 pm. Inadequate bedding for bed- only 1 bottom sheet, no blanket, a thin bedspread and a small fuzzy throw, only 1 pillow Bed took up the whole LR and couldn’t be moved which made it in the way for our 2night stay. Couch had to be moved to entry way which made it not useful. Bathroom- no soap, no face cloths, only 1 hand towel. Kitchen: not enough dishes, dishes cracked or chipped, broken coffee maker, oven didn’t work. No toaster. Fridge filter needed changing, so no working water dispenser in fridge. No paper towel and kitchen linens dirty and sparse. Sponges for dishwashing were gross. Bedroom B: unrepaired water damage on ceiling Nowhere to hang coats. Request a rebate.

Place was clean.

− My wife and I just got back from 10 trip in Dominican we wanted to use the washing machine that there was pictures on site. When we got there no power to the machines. I messaged property owner, took them 2 hours to message back and at 9 at night they contacted me asking if we were there. It was too late to do laundry. I needed when I arrived.

Nice apartment and very clean. Close to kitchener downtown and easy to drive to other cities nearby.thr apartments has all services you may need.

− There are children in the upper floor and they are very noisy sometimes.
