3.0− One of the worst accommodations I’ve ever booked. The mattress was completely worn out, with deep visible dents, and I could feel the slats underneath. The windows could only be tilted, so the air felt stale. The building was very noisy, and partying neighbours made sleep impossible. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, which also made the TV unusable. The hairdryer overheated after 30 seconds, and the apartment was so dark that lights were needed even during the day.
