Pequeñas cosas a mejorar pero en general bastante bien
7.0La ubicación y la distribución del apartamento eran muy cómodas. El personal muy agradable y atento.
− La limpieza podría mejorar ya que el primer día encontramos gran parte de la vajilla manchada, el suelo no estaba bien barrido y el congelador estaba lleno de hielo.
ESTAFA
1.0Estaba “bien” situado. Muy cerca del puerto, pero en un callejón no muy agradable.
− Parece una broma, pero no lo es. El alojamiento se llama “ÁTICO en el puerto con VISTAS AL MAR”. Cuando nos recibieron, nos llevaron a un edificio y nos metieron en la PRIMERA PLANTA, con vistas a las paredes de los edificios aledaños (las más lejanas, a unos 2m de distancia, se pueden ver en las fotos). El edificio parecía estar en obras, prácticamente sin terminar y con un fuerte olor a humedad. Sospecho que alquilan más apartamentos además del supuesto ático, pero solo tienen anunciado (y, posiblemente, licencia) el ático. Durante la noche, se escuchaban constantemente ruidos de llaves como si estuvieran abriendo nuestra propia puerta. No tiene aire acondicionado, ni un triste ventilador, y cuando llegamos hacía 40º. Cogí este apartamento precisamente por las vistas. Había opciones más baratas, con cancelación y con desayuno, pero preferí este precisamente por eso, así que, como digo en el título, me parece una ESTAFA.
