The stay that never was - cancelled last minute - AVOID
1.0Didn't get chance to stay - received a text to say room was cancelled and hour before I was meant to check in. They did however sent a refund
− They did not answer my call when i ytried to contact regarding the cancellation. They sent trhough a message to say that there had been a shutdown due to fire regulation, but looking at the letter sent it was for a different address which was odd.
Good location for a night close to the train stations and to central London
6.0The location was just right for one night close to the railway stations and we could explore central London by foot. The room was very warm but a fan was provided and the mews are very quiet so we could leave the window open during the night.
− The other guests were not careful about the noise though and did not leave the shared bathroom clean. The shower was clogged. Setting the water temperature proved nearly impossible. Some clean wipes for the toilet would have been appreciated.
Fair value for the money.
