A comfortable homely space to spend Christmas Day relaxing in.
10.0Everything we needed was provided eg a good range of dishes in the kitchen, linen, gas & bbq, outdoor chairs , good parking space Beautiful calm setting in the trees with a very appropriate name- lots of bird song
Great location and a nice house, but needed a few things sorted better before we arrived

− Cobwebs all over the entry point doors/windows, made it less appealing Couldn't get in as key box was broken Dishes from previous people were still in there, hardened avocado on one of the bowls was a bit gross
