6.0A very spacious house for a large group
− My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The rooms were full of dust, and the main bedroom’s bathroom didn’t even have a working flush. There was visible fungus on the toilet seat cover, and the pillows also had fungus. We had to call housekeeping to replace them. The bedsheets were not changed, and the washrooms had bottles of “body wash” that were actually just filled with water—no actual shower gel. The hand shower didn’t have a handle, making it very inconvenient to use. Even the ground floor areas were dusty, which can be dangerous for anyone with allergies. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance levels were far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed urgently.
Had potential but fell short of expectation
6.0The view is excellent, you get an overseas vibe with the distant sea and peach rooftops. Unfortunately we arrived into a dusty house. The bed were made and amenities available, but the floor was full of dust and we had to spend an hour plus just to wipe the entire house. We were later told that they would have come and clean if we complained, but it shouldn’t happen in the first place especially given that we were staying for 4 nights and paid so much, we expect the house to be clean. Pillows are hard and didn’t match the luxury house. The manager is difficult to get in touch to resolve any issues we had. Furnishing is minimal and could be better appointed. Bird poo at the balconies rendered them unusable and no effort to clean them prior to our check in.

8.0We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The space was beautifully set up, and everything from the amenities to the views made our experience memorable.
− The only suggestions we have would be to ensure the bed is cleaned a bit more thoroughly, as we noticed a some ants on bed while sleeping, and to add a few more plug points for easier phone charging.
