10.0We stayed at this property last week between 7 to 10 th August 2023 ( 3 N ) and our overall experience of stay was truely awesome !! We booked 1 bhk Apartment flat and the feel was like we were at our home for holidays !

− Dirty balcony, renovation works in building, fridge in bad condition, stove in bad condition. Swimming pool is not managed well.

1.0Its a good property if maintained well and if the service is provided in a right and timely manner
− Very old building without any maintenance. For cleaning the room, we have to call the service person multiple times and will come very late even after calling multiple times.

8.0Its a spacious 1 BHK flat with all amenities. They provide additional 20 liter water bottle as complimentary , they have AC in both Hall and Bedroom , has smart tv, dinning table , spacious double bed in bedroom , wardrobe, two sets of matress in the hall so it is wonderful .. They provide daily house keeping service on demand and the house keeping service people are excellent and very co-operative. There is Bike rental very near to property so it is very convenient for first time Goa Visitor The Owner is superb, she keeps checking on guests whether all is good or any issues. The property has Restaurant too.
− The swimming is not clean , Guests dont follow rules of swimming pool due to which other guests has to face issue. I would request of cleaning swimming pool twice a day as some guests are very unhygienic and they even washed there undergarments in the pool . And small kids jump in the pool without clothes and it creates a feeling of unhealthy and unclear water . In the evening when i plan to swim i could see excess hair in the pool along with very bad thick matters. Service at restaurant is slow, they entertain people who has pre-booked breakfast in the hotel booking, otherwise if you have not included Breakfast in your room booking then you need to wait and wait is a bit long. However the People at restaurant are well behaved infact all staff are incredible and helpful
