La casa es maravillosa. Está inserta perfectamente dentro del paraje en el que está, entre los árboles y el río, cada mañana es un espectáculo amanecer en esta casa. Tomarte algo al atardecer delante del agua después de un día de calor y visitas turísticas no tiene precio. Y lo mejor son los baños en el río delante de la casa, te sientes parte de esa explosión de naturaleza en la que estás. La recomiendo sin lugar a dudas. Y Pablo, su anfitrión es encantador. Fue super amable y atento en todo momento. Mil gracias de verdad Pablo!

Hemos ido en familia y hemos disfrutado cada momento en La encantadora casa del río. No puedo decir qué nos gustó más: la casa es preciosa, un molino de piedra muy bien restaurado. Está bien equipada, y Pablo, el propietario, se ha encargado, a través de pequeñas indicaciones, de facilitar al máximo la estancia de sus huéspedes. El exterior corta la respiración: terraza sobre el río Umia, donde te puedes bañar, o simplemente disfrutar de las vistas y de la melodía del agua,. Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones son confortables y acogedoras. Está bien comunicada, a cinco minutos en coche tienes, en la localidad de Caldes de Reis, todo tipo de tiendas para poder comprar lo necesario. Cerca de playas preciosas, pero en la tranquilidad de un valle. Es de esos sitios que te gustaría guardar solo para ti :-)

In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.

The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
