Good base to discover the Alm valley

Clean, modern chalet, located close to the village of Grünau; a good base to discover the beautiful valley of the Alm. The chalet is well equipped, and the views from the private garden at the back are of mountains and forest. We enjoyed the sauna a couple of times, and sitting up under the balcony when it was raining was very pleasant. Even if we never met our host Christina, we did have some communication with her and everything about our stay was clear. We can heartily recommend the Almsee, the Ődseen, the Cumberland Wildpark, and the walk from the Hochberghaus!

− Based on our experience with similarly priced properties, the following things bothered us, even if they may be fine / good for other travellers: - the beds in the two adult rooms were too soft for my wife and I, so we ended up sleeping in the third “kids” room. This was a frustrating as the other two bedrooms were much better equipped and pleasant spaces, but at least we were able to sleep (and our adult children were happy). - the chalet felt quite impersonal, with almost no decoration ( not even some photos of the local sites, even though the area is beautiful).

Velmi hezká a moderní chaloupka pár minut od sjezdovky.

Hezká chaloupka s moderním nádechem. Lokalita je úžasná, 3 minuty od lyžařského areálu Kasberg. V domě čistota a teplo. Mnoho kuchyňského vybavení.

− Absence ručníků (možno si zakoupit balíček ručníků za 10 euro).

Es war perfekt!

Ein gemütliches Haus zum Wohlfühlen, wunderschön eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Hausbesitzer kann man jederzeit kontaktieren. Gute Lage: 4 Autominuten zum Skigebiet und zum nächsten Supermarkt. Wir haben hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Dankeschön!

Das Grünhaus liegt in einem idyllisch liegenden Tal. Neben dem Haus begleiteten die Kühe unseren Aufenthalt. Um schöne Wandertouren zu unternehmen, kann man vom Haus aus starten. Man kann das Grünhaus auch gut mit dem Bus erreichen und ist nicht nur auf das Auto angewiesen.
