− Dinge wie z.b. der leicht defekte Sonnenschirm auf der Terasse ,die auch etwas besser gepflegt sein könnte (unkraut) Die Parksituation sollte ausführlich in der Wohnungsbeschreibung erwähnt werden und die Wohnung braucht dringend WLan

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Terrasse nah am Meer
8.0Die Lage, wirklich nur wenige Schritte zum Meer. Die private Terrasse mit Sonne den ganzen Nachmittag und Abend. Größe und Schnitt der Wohnung waren sehr gut ausreichend für 2. Gemütliches Sofa und bequemes Bett.
− Der Tiefgaragen Stellplatz ist ein Duplex und reicht nur für Autos bis 1,50m Höhe. Irgendwo im Kleingedruckten steht das winzig klein drin. Wenn man es übersieht und sich drauf verlässt, könnte In der Hauptsaison die Parkplatzsuche schwierig werden. Alles, was man nicht selbst mitbringen kann oder möchte, muss man gegen Gebühr dazubuchen: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, sogar Spüli. Das empfinde ich ein bisschen als Geschäftemacherei und wenig gastfreundlich. Lieber in der Miete einpreisen, dann stellt man sich gleich auf die höheren Kosten ein. Besteck war etwas knapp. Auf einer Seite des Bettes fehlt eine Ablage.
