Roberta was the best host I have ever experienced. She met us at the location and, because the flat wasn’t ready Roberta took us to a great restaurant for a drink until the flat was ready. The inclusions were outstanding. A huge bowl of fresh fruit, two litres of fruit juice and two litres of milk in the fridge. Stacks of teas, coffee pods, and other coffees. More spices and condiments than you could dream of. Even tooth paste and toothpaste brushes in the bathroom, along with shampoo and conditioner. The unit was very clean and Robert was extremely responsive to our every Query. Honestly, the best host I have ever encountered. The unit was also close to shops and restaurants but was extremely quiet. Thank you Roberta.

Od razu wyjaśnię, że moja niska ocena nie wynika z zalet lub wad samego obiektu lecz jego NIEUCZCIWEGO gospodarza. Samo mieszkanie jest wygodne i czyste. Lokalizacja też jest dobra. Natomiast mam ogromny problem z otrzymaniem zwrotu dość wysokiej kaucji. W regulaminie jest zapis mówiący o 7 dniowym terminie dokonania tego zwrotu. Czekam już ponad 6 TYGODNI!!!! a pieniędzy nadal nie otrzymałam i nie wiem kiedy je dostanę. Gospodarz nie zgłosił żadnych zastrzeżeń, na podstawie których mógłby nie dokonać zwrotu kaucji lub choćby jej części.

− Znaczące opóźnianie zwrotu kaucji i od pewnego czasu brak jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzi w tej kwestii od gospodarza. Ostatnia odpowiedź gospodarza pochodzi z 3 czerwca 2026 - w której gospodarz obiecał mocno spóźniony zwrot kaucji następnego dnia. Dziś jest 30 czerwca 2026 - gospodarz milczy a pieniędzy nie otrzymałam. Co prawda tydzień temu podobno został "zainicjowany" przez niego zwrot kaucji za pośrednictwem paypal, ale z paypal uzyskałam informację, że może to potrwać jeszcze nawet około miesiąca i nie wiadomo z jakim skutkiem (czy czek będzie miał pokrycie?).

I had to find a last minute stay when my other hotel fell through, and I’d come back to this place for sure!

Roberta jest fantastyczną gospodynią. Mieszkanie było czyste, przygotowane perfekcyjnie pod każdym względem, niczego nam nie brakowało. Łóżka duże, wygodne. Wyposażenie mieszkania bez zastrzeżeń. Blisko przystanki autobusowe i stacja metra, skąd szybko wszędzie, gdzie jest coś interesującego, można dotrzeć Polecam!!!

Quiet location, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The accommodation provided everything one might need: from all sorts of kitchen utensils to even fresh fruit, milk and juice in the fridge.

− The flat is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift, but it was ok for us. . Just one more thing that people should know is that you need to transfer a damage deposit of £400 to the host's account (not via booking). That is refunded if you don't cause any damage. After checking out It took 9 days for the amount to be credited to my bank account (I have a UK account btw). Other than that, the accommodation is great.
