As mentioned the locating was convenient to all that Bucerias has to offer. The only down fall for our stay was the loud
7.0The location was great. Really enjoyed the roof top pool. The view was excellent. Very short walk to the beach.
− The apartment that was advertised was not was given to us. It was still the same layout but not as cozy as expected. Because of its location you do get all the music from the local bars till 2 am. Something to be mindful if you would like a quiet night or two.
Beautiful new unit, in the heart of Bucerias
8.0The property is right across from the beach and central to downtown Bucerias. Obviously, being central provides convenience for restaurants, bars, plaza. With that, there is some noise/loud music at night, but usually not too loud, and most nights, stopped by 1 AM. Definitely more manageable than the club music in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment is beautiful, new, well equipped. The rooftop pool just opened last week. Very nice pool area with great ocean and mountain views. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions I had.
− There is plenty of construction in Bucerias, and one project right next door. They generally only worked from 8 AM until 6 PM, but there were a few nights that someone was hammering on something until 9 PM. Also, the bed (one and only) was only full (matrimonial) size. A queen would have easily fit in the bedroom and obviously would have been better for two people. The living room couch could have been a life saver, but only if you're child or short adult.
