Beautiful views, but would not rent again due to the smell and constant footsteps heard.

− Very strong perfume cleaning smell in apartment upon arrival. Very irritating to the sinuses. Took several days for smell to dissipate. Also, the unit was a ground floor apartment. It appears a business is being run in the apartment above. Heavy footsteps could be heard day and all night on weekdays. Saw many individuals coming and going. Finally, not a fan of all the security cameras. Many pointed directly at the windows.
