Great property and good staff but dishes were still dirty and heard mice/rat like sounds all night in the master bed

− Keypad was flat, vacuum wasn’t charged, didn’t hear back about keypad till next day and we’re lucky enough to find the garage key and didn’t know the code for spare key till following day
