The outdoor space is incredible, with 360 degrees of the hills, Lavagna and the sea. The beds that the owner imported from Bali make the pool area a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. Though we did not have a car, we did not have any problems getting around. The owner was so kind to even drop us at the station on our last day. The appartment is about a 15 minute walk from the station/town/beach. We rate the accomodation as good because of the garden/pool and the stunning setting of the villa in Lavagna. The appartment itself seriously needs to be upgraded to become a comfortable holiday home.

− We were dissapointed by the appartment itself, which is hidden at the back of the villa and accessible through a rundown staircase, and an equally rundown patio. Starting with the door of the appartment, which desperately needs a new layer of paint to be more welcoming. The bathroom is rather basic, and the furniture in the house an odd selection of things. The curtains in both bedrooms could not close, the TV was not working and WiFi erratic during our stay. We thus spend a lot of time at the pool/garden of the main house, which was much more pleasant. We even had our meals there. There was someone working around the pool area during most of our stay. The owner herself explained (not by PMC who handed us the key) to us the next day that this was due to the rains they had had and therefore maintainance had been delayed. The appartment itself was not properly cleaned when we arrived. After complaining to PMC the cleaning company arrived within the hour, fixed it and apologized.
