10.0The best part to be honest is the very nice lady that made 100% sure we were all set before left. Amazing place and the only place we will stay when we are in Miami. Thank you guys so much.

− No hot water upstairs, 2nd room is a kids room, property manager gave us a fake code, demanded $200 deposit and we had to wait an additional hour to get the real code to enter the property
