8.0Atendimento do anfitrião. Praticidade e limpeza da unidade.
− Posição do ar condicionado em frente à cama. Mesmo com a prateleira instalada sob o aparelho, o vento gelado chega nos hóspedes dormindo. Resultado, após 4 noites, foi de gripe forte em mim e na minha esposa. Café da manhã muito fraco.
Ótimo custo benefício.
10.0Anfitriões muito solícitos. Horário de check in e check out flexível. Localização muito boa, com um restaurante dentro do edifício com café da manhã e almoço, pagos fora a parte, que ajuda muito na comodidade e facilita a hospedagem.

10.0Muito limpo, corresponde às imagens. Próximo ao shopping pantanal, da pra ir caminhando.
− O café da manhã oferecido no prédio é um pouco caro e o quarto não dispõe de cafeteira e nem fogão. Não há interfone e os funcionários da recepção não avisam a chegada de delivery.
