− A garagem, as aberturas do portão não tem placa do número do quarto, se alguém deixar o portão aberto causa um transtorno, eu por exemplo cheguei às 21:00 para o checkin, o portão estava aberto entrei e fechei o mesmo com meu controle, estava dormindo as 23:00 quando a funcionária me mandou msg tive que tirar meu carro porque quando cheguei a garagem que estava aberta era do vizinho que não fechou, por problemas do controle. O checkout marcava no quarto até 11:30 a funcionária me informou as 9:00 da manhã que teria que sair até as 10:00 sendo que por Lei até meio dia. (A partir de dezembro de 2025, a Portaria nº 28/2025 do Ministério do Turismo estabelece que a diária em hotéis, pousadas e flats no Brasil corresponde a 24 horas, garantindo um mínimo de 21 horas de uso do quarto. O estabelecimento pode utilizar até 3 horas para limpeza, sem cobrar taxas extras, assegurando transparência no check-in/out. )

La atención muy buena, pero los departamentos son para máximo 3 personas. Para 4 son muy chicos.

− Los departamentos son muy chicos. La descripción de booking en cuanto al metraje y a lo que hay está correcta, pero son departamentos para 2, máximo 3 personas ( el tercero durmiendo en el living / cocina )
