Wonderful view from deck and 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice bbq set up, air conditioning, nice beach chairs and ample towels, high quality washer and drier. Unit was very clean.

− We called mgmt to request use of locked umbrellas at pool. The mgmt company texted back that resident mgr was not answering. Never received any more follow up as to how to unlock pool umbrellas to use or whether they were in permanent lock up. Sheets were of average quality on very nice mattress. Need more water glassware. Main rug in living room is worn and dingy. There were no side tables in living room to put your drink or pious on. While the information guide was helpful, the number of duplicative detailed emails from mgmt co was overwhelming and exhausting. Hāpuna beach is now charging car rental fee and for each of the passengers totaling 30 dollars for a few hrs at the beach. In the info packet it said 5 dollars charge.
