Péssimo, sem compromisso, sem atenção e sem respeito

− No dia do check in (4 horas antes) , enviei mensagem pra anfitriã para pegar informações do check-in e ela simplesmente me disse para EU CANCELAR (daí eu ainda iria pagar pelo cancelamento e ela receber a diária). Avisei que a reserva constava como reservada e estava em viagem em grupo na qual as outras famílias também haviam reservados outros apartamentos naquele mesmo condomínio. A anfitriã simplesmente parou de responder. Tive que entrar em contato com a plataforma para realizar o cancelamento sem custos e tive que arcar com o custo de uma locação de última hora.

− Etwas weit vom Schuss. Wer wirklich in panama eintauchen will, sollte woanders hin. Zum ankommen, genießen und aklimatisieren aber top!
