Magnífica ubicación y el apartamento está súper completo, algo antiguo pero bien mantenido. La urbanización es genial para ir con niños, y desde el balcón tienes vistas a la plaza, parque y piscina. Las personas que nos atendieron a nuestra llegada muy amables. Con toda probabilidad volveremos.

− Estaría bien que el apartamento disponga de sal, azúcar y aceite. Son cosas básicas para cocinar que para el inquilino es un rollo tener que comprar para sólo unos días de estancia. Pero lo demás estaba todo perfecto. Tiene muchos utensilios y las estancias son cómodas y espaciosas.

L'emplacement du logement est stratégique. Non loin de Valencia et village alentour c'est un vrai plus. La proximité de la plage a pied en moins de 5 min.des jeux pour enfants en bas de l'immeuble Pour cuisiner tout est a disposition cafetière lave linge etc... l'appartement est petit mais pour une famille de 4 personnes (2enf et 2 adultes ) nous nous sommes pas senti a l'étroit.petit balcon appréciable par beau temps

− Le logement en hiver bien froid je recommande pas du tout.le seul chauffage était un chauffage a gaz pour chauffer tte les pièces c'est plus que compliqué.le bruit de la chasse d'eau (bruit d'un paquebot) quand vous la tirer (faut vraiment la réparer), la paroi vitrée de la douche qui se déboite, un logement très humide et qui demande un bon coup de rafraîchissement . l'insonorisation entre les voisins qu'on entend partir ou arriver a 5h du matin En hiver l'endroit reste calme mais je pense que en pleine été sa doit être autre chose donc si vous cherchez du calme passer votre chemin.au 1er étage avec jeux pour enfants Je recommande pas vraiment mais pour le prix c'est raisonnable et surtout IL n'y a pas la vue sur la mer comme indiqué sur l'annonce 😔
