9.0Flat super estruturado, com instalações novas e bem distribuído. Local aconchegante e tranquilo.
− O acesso aos quartos é feito por escadas, talvez possa impossibilitar o acesso, para quem tem mobilidade reduzida.

Anfitriões super atentos e tão organizados que já tem em PDF os principais locais q podemos necessitar, como restaurantes, supermercados, passeios etc, com nome e endereço e telefone! Os flats são novos e tudo feito c muito bom gosto e detalhes. A localização e maravilhosa! Sem contar que Guapé e linda! Foi um lindo presente conhecer esse local e o passeio de lancha tb organizado pelo anfitrião, até Capitólio e MARAVILHOSO! Super recomendo!
