Moses, he plays victimhood, doesn't communicate in English, claims that he is old alone living in Basement to the customers yet I have lived here for last 9months and: - he has checked out people in the middle of the night who was mentally ill and he kept all his belongings in his room. He also manhandled customers who were ill and weak and he is very very aggressive. - Kitchen is not private, Baking Owen doesn’t work because he is fear of fire so he doesn’t like and judges anyone smokes or vapes - He judges you, if you speak any other language or smoke a cigarette or drink or if you are not from Canada -If customers doesn’t check out by 11am then he literally thrashes them using bad languages specially some of the elderly people he has used words like “fuck off, never come back” - Lots of homeless people come here and he is so ruthless and very timid to all those innocent old people who lost their livelihood - Onetime he barged into a room at 12pm because the lady didn’t check out room at 11am, she was changing dress and he just walked in yelling and throwing her stuffs - Once you pay him the money he smiles but he is very adamant and not at all friendly unless you please him, i had to keep my calm because this was only the cheap place I found in Ontario - He does take booking on multiple platforms and one time it was -13 outside, foreigners who just arrived checked in at 10:30pm but he cancelled their booking and sent them without providing accommodation. And they had to probably suffer in the cold. - House stinks, literally stinks rooms are okay. - Toilet was never cleaned in the last 9 months in fact I had to clean it every now and then as I lived there for long. Will not stay here again

− Bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty, the towel I was given smelt like it was never washed, was not a very good stay
