4.0No air conditioning no outlets only one single usb port limited lighting and having to go under gate to put code in to leave
Double booked and did not get the stay we paid for
2.0They double booked the room we booked, they alerted us a day before and gave us a room that was not comparable to what we booked, we never would have booked the stay they ended up giving us. We would like a full refund
