Très bel appartement bien situé
8.0La vue exceptionnelle sur le canal, la piscine, le standing de l’immeuble, les équipements surtout de la cuisine. Facilité de parking au pied de l’immeuble.
− - Le confort des matelas (notamment celui de la master) - Les voisins du dessous qui se plaignent de la piscine (alors que nous n’avions même pas encore pris de bain) et viennent sonner avec insistance nous pensions alors à un problème technique fuite ou autre mais non il ne supporte pas la piscine.

10.0Een prachtig appartement, schoon, mooi ingericht en met een geweldig uitzicht over de haven. Heerlijk rustig terwijl je binnen een paar minuten lopen in het centrum bent. Als bonus een mooi zwembad van waaruit je de haven ziet!
− Het had ons geholpen als er een mapje met informatie zou zijn over de bediening van bv de wasmachine, de tv en de droger. Ook waar je met je vuilnis naar toe moet. Tot slot is het behoorlijk zoeken naar de juiste lichtknopjes in huis..

9.0Die Lage war sehr gut mit einem tollen Blick auf den Kanal und die ein- und ausfahrenden Boote
− Das Licht im Wohnzimmer und die Lage der Lichtschalter war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig Und ein paar kleine Löffel wären toll Allerdings war das nicht wirklich relevant
