It was really great and my wife and I felt very lucky that we chose to stay here. The room was very spacious and the bed large and comfortable. The food was delicious and all the staff were so great. Arif took us on a day trek to see orangutans, we were lucky and saw 8 or 9, as well as other monkeys gibbons and birds. He was great and taught us a lot about the area and community. Everyone was really lovely and Risky was always there with a smile and warm conversation. Being outside town, there's no crowds or human noise. It's situated in the jungle by the river and was easy to get to via a path that runs along the river. We had a fantastic stay.

La guesthouse est belle. La chambre a une très belle vue, le couchage est confortable et la vision de la jungle, depuis le lit, au réveil, mémorable. La salle de bain est elle aussi très sympa (même si je n’ai pas osé m’y aventurer seule en pleine nuit…). Le guide pour notre excursion de 2j dans la jungle était exceptionnel. Lui et son assistant nous ont vraiment accompagnés avec bienveillance tout du long et nous ont fourni de nombreux renseignements.

− Nous avoir fait payer deux nuits à la guesthouse alors que nous n’en passions qu’une et une autre dans la jungle, que nous avons payée à part… impossible d’avoir un remboursement des deux chambres familiales sur cette deuxième nuit, ce qui était très injuste. Aucun des arguments avancés ne tenait la route.

Eine unglaublich schönes Guest House mit freundlichem Personal. Die Outdoordusche war ein Erlebnis! Das Family Dinner war immer fantastisch. Achtung: es ist mitten im Jungle, vom Dorfende muss man gut 10 Minuten zum Homestay laufen. Nachts ist es da stockdunkel. Daher Taschenlampen mitnehmen oder im Homestay essen. Nahe vom Homestay kann man im Fluss baden.

Excellent location 30 min walk from village along river. Riverside walk continues a further 30 min upstream. All staff friendly and v helpful with bookings and travel advice. Seamless arrival & departure - met at airport then at village for walk.

− No complaints. Cheaper priced room reflects lack of hot water and probably noise from other guests with thin walls and noisy, creaking timber floor above. Depends on how many screaming kids are present and sensitivity of parents. If you have the option, pay for a better room especially you're a light sleeper.

Prachtige natuur lodge op unieke plek in de jungle.

Prachtig gelegen hotel aan de rivier zo'n 30 minuten lopen buiten het stadje. Uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat zijn uiterste best doet er een fantastisch verblijf van te maken. Vanaf je terras zicht op de jungle inclusief de apen in de bomen.

− Lastig om 's avonds naar het dorp te lopen vanwege het onverlichte pad. Dus handig om je eten in het restaurant te reserveren.

Kupu Kupu Garden to przede wszystkim wspaniały zespół, który świetnie dba o gości. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani i komfortowo. Nie ma problemu, aby przez personel zamówić wycieczki lub dojazd z i na lotnisko do Medan. Na miejscu jest również restauracja serwująca lokalne specjały, kolacje były przepyszne. Lokalizacja jest z dala od miasteczka co zdecydowanie wpływa na obcowanie z naturą. Można siedzieć na trasie i obserować małpy czy ptaki lub słuchać szum rzeki. Zdecydowanie polecam
