Rent, god plass. Stor veranda. God parkeringsplass.

− Siden leiligheten lå i første etasje var det mye innsyn på uteplass, da denne vendte ut mot gårds/parkeringsplass. Lytt mellom leilighetene, og også ut mot trappeløpet/hovedinngang.
