Orribile e scorretto
3.0Non mi è piaciuto niente e nel campo di cosa non mi è piaciuto non c'è stato spazio per scrivere dell'assenza di zanzariere, della porta vetro interna che non si chiude con la maniglia e non c'era la chiave, quindi la notte ho dormito con il vento in camera, tra 1 e 2 di notte un'azienda lì vicino si sono messi a scaricare il camion e si sentiva il cicalino della retromarcia del muletto nel pieno silenzio della zona. Ma voi il turismo, l'accoglienza, veramente non sapete neanche dove abita !!
− La camera venduta su booking viene proposta con uno sconto rispetto alla media della zona, ma dopo la prenotazione si scopre che: 1) se tu ti proponi come B&B non ha senso mettere la colazione opzionale a 10 euro: ma si te li da 10 euro per una colazione se non la comprendi già nella tariffa? 2) sull'insezione di booking, e quindi sulla prenotazione, c'è scritto prenota ora e paga in struttura, invece dopo la prenotazione vengo contattato via whatsapp per effettuare il pagamento anticipato via bonifico. 3) oltre al pagamento anticipato, via whatsapp con un messaggio standard la direzione ci informa che ci sono dei servizi extra a nostra scelta: - condizionarore 10 euro al giorno - biancheria extra 10 euro a persona Una volta arrivati si scopre che: 1) la camera non è quella delle foto, le foto mostrano altro tipo di camera e lasciano pensare al piano terra 2) in nessun punto dell'inserzione è specificato che la camera si trova al 2 piano, rampa di scale esterna 3) la camera non è dotata della biacheria, cioè sul letto non ci sono lenzuola e federe, in bagno niente asciugamani e figuriamoci una saponetta per lavarsi le mani. Contattata la struttura mi si dice che su whatsapp mi era stato chiesto se avessi bisogno di servizi extra e che la biancheria me la sarei dovuta portare io, ma gli rispondo che extra significa "in più" e che in genere nel gergo dell'hospitality significa il cambio biancheria aggiuntivo a quello dato all'inizio. Ma mai mi sarei aspettato di non trovare niente (salvo la carta igienica, almeno quella). Quindi alla fine ti pubblicizzi come B&B, ma B&B significa Bed and Breackfast, dove oltre alla colazione compresa nel prezzo che proponi, ci sarebbero anche lenzuola, asciugamani, set bagno, condizionatore. Invece per fare la concorrenza si propone con un prezzo più basso per poi recuperare dopo e in modo extra-booking la differenza che avresto speso in altro alloggio della zona. Ma che schifo, ma per...

− Il bagno con lo scarico non funzionante, fatto presente ai gestori e non riparato… soffione della doccia ci è cascato in testa in quanto soltanto appoggiato . I letti e i cuscini scomodissimi
