Overall good. Upgrades to unit and no mold or smell were amazing! Great location!

Location, size - nice big rooms, size of beds, good AC, parking, clean, no mold or mildew, provided beach towels and gear, quiet, great and easy beach access.
− Exterior and Common areas - need cleaning and upgrade - kinda ugly. elevator and common areas dirty, elevator filthy and smelled of urine. Steps to beach rickety - will need replacing soon. Leak under the sink, light in bedroom didn’t work, handle on recliner broken.
