7.0The place is attractive, spacious and comfortable. especially the view is very beautiful. But I hope the owner will take better care of his house and always maintain cleanliness so that the house looks awake and clean. All the equipment is there.

Great but could have been exceptional
8.0Great views of the surrounding harbour area from a high floor. Basic necessities were mostly provided. Parking was availabe and felt secure. We really liked the comprehensive facilities of the property, like the sky garden with fitness corner, swimming pool, etc. Convenience store is available just across the road.
− Could have been exceptional with a few small touches: - Bathrooms were wet (not dried) when we first arrived. Looks like they washed it just before we checked in and did not dry the floor - Did not provide hairdryer, facial tissues, hand soap, laundry detergent. Toiletries was the bare minimum - 2-in-1 soap/shampoo - Some mouldy / dirty spots in some corners of the living room
For short stay ok. Beware of hollow flooring as we met a neighbour who told us to mind our volume as he could hear every

− The floor was a tad sticky, like too much floor detergent was used when mopping. Water drainage for the common toilet was slow. Some of the sockets were coming off in e master bedroom and there was crackers at the window area.
