− Una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido en un alojamiento. Lo primero es que la información del anuncio resulta confusa y en ningún momento tuvimos claro que el baño era compartido. Es un detalle fundamental que debería quedar perfectamente especificado, ya que nosotros esperábamos disponer de un baño privado y fue una sorpresa bastante desagradable al llegar. Los propietarios fueron completamente inexistentes. Durante toda la estancia vimos a las personas que entendemos que eran los dueños de la villa, pero nunca se presentaron, ni al llegar ni al marcharnos. No dieron la bienvenida, no explicaron el funcionamiento del alojamiento, no recomendaron nada de la zona ni mostraron el más mínimo interés por saber si necesitábamos algo. La sensación fue de abandono total. La villa tiene dos perros sueltos continuamente. Uno de ellos es un American Staffordshire Terrier y en ningún momento se informa de ello antes de la llegada. Aunque personalmente no tengo miedo a los perros, entiendo perfectamente que para otros huéspedes pueda resultar intimidante encontrarse al volver por la noche con dos perros ladrando en la entrada de la casa. El acceso al alojamiento también fue un auténtico caos. Hay que utilizar códigos para varias puertas y las instrucciones no son nada claras. Estuvimos más de media hora intentando abrir la caja con la llave de la puerta exterior. El supuesto desayuno buffet deja muchísimo que desear. Todos los días había prácticamente lo mismo, con muy poca variedad, y el último día ni siquiera repusieron las cápsulas de café. La limpieza es claramente insuficiente. Durante los cuatro días que estuvimos alojados no se limpiaron los baños compartidos, no cambiaron las toallas ni las sábanas y el mantenimiento general fue escaso. La habitación presentaba humedad y, además, después vimos reseñas antiguas de otros huéspedes que hablaban de chinches, algo que desde luego no da ninguna tranquilidad.

Das einzig gute an diesem Haus war die Lage

− Absolut unzumutbar, dreckig, der Pool mit Grünspan, die Möbel verbraucht, der Boden total verschlissen und dreckig, das Bad war eine Zumutung. Alles verdreckt, total verkalkt, die Spiegel dreckig. Wir mussten erstmal alles reinigen damit wir das Zimmer für unsere kurze Zeit, zwei Übernachtungen zu nutzen. Das Grundstück wurde schon sehr lange nicht mehr gepflegt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und dann auch noch 350€ für zwei Übernachtungen!! An Frühstück war in diesem Haus überhaupt nicht zu denken.

Roberta era super amable y atenta a todas las necesidades, respondía super rapido si necesitabamos algo. El desayuno estaba muy bien y la habitación estaba muy limpia:)

− Lo único malo es que no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque el agua estaba sucia:(
