7.0− Das die Wohnung nur über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist. Für ältere Personen nicht so ideal. Hätte hier eine Erwähnung bei der Präsentation erwartet. Die Beleuchtung schaltet sich erst auf der letzten Stufe ( oben )der Wendeltreppe ein. die klemmende Türe zur Wohnung wurde ja auch schon von anderen erwähnt,aber ist bisher nicht behoben worden. Zu guter Letzt ist die vorhandene Couch sehr abgewohnt.
