− We received 27 emails and notifications from this property owner. Yes. 27. Everything from how to open the key box to the fact that he left three cookies on the table for us. He really emphasized the use and respect of the air fresheners throughout the property….which we found odd….until we got there. We asked to be able to arrive early simply to store our luggage. Venice is challenging enough without a backpack. This was denied. Therefore we explored the city all day and went to the property at 7pm for a quick refresh and change of clothes. We had tickets for an event starting at 8:30pm. We arrived at the property and there was the overwhelmingly sickly sweet syrup of chemical air fresheners permeating the property. There was also no electricity. We contacted the property owner and he gave us instructions and walked us through the fuse box and various attempts to correct the situation in our own. After trying everything he stated that this is a common occurrence in Venice and that he would send an electrician. We noted that two large portable air conditioners were plugged into extension cords and then into the wall socket plus several multi socket outlet cords overloaded and stretched throughout the property. Certainly the cause of the issue. Problem is….we were not in a position to wait. We had tickets and had to go. We notified the owner that due to no electricity and time constraints we would not be staying at the property and that we would like a refund. He negated this and told us that we would have to wait at the property for the electrician to arrive. We locked up the property, places the keys back in the lockbox and checked into a hotel around the corner where we could quickly shower and change to make our event. The property owner kept texting us and sending us notifications as if we were still there and had used the property. He harassed us for the next two days. I called booking.

− Aşırı sıcak olduğu için klimalar çalışıyordu klima sesinden uyuyamadık. Klimaları kapatınca da sıcaktan uyuyamadık. Oğlumun boyu tavana özellikle kapılara değiyordu. Ev güzeldi ev sahibi aşırı hatta çok aşırı ilgiliydi çok yardımseverdi ama bize uygun bir ev kesinlikle değildi. Evin tavan boyunun kısa oluşu ve klima sesi nedeniyle bize uygun bir ev değildi.

Des prestations de qualité: Angelo est un hôte très sympathique et réactif dès qu on lui faut une demande. L appartement est facile d accès dans un quartier calme et agréable à 5mn du vaporetto guglie et 15mn de la gare. Beaucoup de bars et restaurants dans une rue très vivante pas très loin. Un appartement décoré avec goût dans lequel on se sent bien. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
