Comfortable and convenient stay

Proximity to Bellerive cafes, restaurants and shops. Spacious home, decently appointed kitchen and general furnishings. Beds were comfortable Amazing views of Bellerive and beyond

− The front door was a little tricky to open at times, as it seemed to stick slightly and the lock took a moment to get used to. The house could benefit from a more thorough clean, as there was some noticeable dust and a few cobwebs. The bath towels were also a little worn and could do with refreshing.

Property was a great size. Excellent location and views

− Some items were in limited supply like tea towel and crockery. Property was clean and comfortable but not well maintained - e.g. cupboard doors not closing

Stunning location, clean, comfortable beds

− Central heating not working for our stay but there were radiators provided for all bedrooms which was sufficient.

We left the house within 20min of arriving the place was absolutely disgusting, BLOOD stained mattresses, stained carpets in every room, dust everywhere, ants on the kitchen counter, dirty shoes at the front, mail left everywhere, the door had tampered with like somebody kicked it down!!! the owner Bryan was not helpful at all and stopped replying to my messages. We had to go find last minute accommodation which inconvenienced our other plans! I brought up a dispute with booking.com and have not heard anything back yet, waiting for a full refund!!
