Clean and nice rooms
10.0We loved the place, it was cozy and nice. Everything was clean and the rooms were spacious. I recommend it and I would go again next time I will come to Sardinia. They also welcomed us with free water in the fridge for every member of the family. Nice building and area and we had late check in as well and the owner was nice and helped us finding the apartment.

Lovely stay
10.0Very nice and clean, modern, good size accomodation, comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, plenty of towels, bottled water in the fridge - appreciated. Parking provided behind a gate with a remote control. Good communication with the host, great location, very close to the main square, quiet neighborhood, We had a lovely stay, thank You Sergio!

7.0Location is extremely close to the city center. Laundry machine and kitchen were super convenient. Free parking nearby.
− We were unfortunate with 3 AC outlets on our balcony and the view from the balcony was unsettling. The former is a big downside, the latter is a minor issue.
Borzalmas ! Nem ajánlom senkinek!
4.0Nem igazán tudnék pozitívumot felsorolni! A fürdőszoba szép rendezett új volt! Talán ennyi! A lokacio viszont remek!
− A képek semmilyen mértékben nem tükrözték a valóságot! Nem volt takarítás!! Ha már nincs takarítás , legalább egy seprűt és egy lapátot , felmosót biztosíthatnának! Nincs tiszta törülköző, hanem ahány napig vagy abban az egyben kell törülközz! Adtak 1db wc papírt, old meg azzal a hetet ahogy akarod! Az ágy alatt még az előző “bérlő” személyes holmija ott volt! A bejutásról nem is beszélve! Több nappal az érkezés előtt írtam a Host-nak, hogy mikor érkezünk , hogy autóval megyünk, hogy legyen beállónk! Nem kaptam rá választ, még több hívás után sem! Egyszer csak vissza hívott , de akkor már a reptéren voltunk , és nem tudtuk , hogy lesz-e szállás vagy sem! SMS-Ben megkaptuk a belépést és kb ennyi volt a kommunikáció, plusz a bejutási cécó! Azt írta 0-24 órás porta ….stb! Semmi ilyen nem volt! Egy kulcs ládikából kaptuk meg a kulcsot, ami nem volt jó! Konkrétan nem tudtunk bemenni az apartmanba! Majd hosszas győzködés után , csak elhitte a szállásadó, hogy nem jó a kulcs, (ekkor már éjfél volt, egy másfél órás procedúra volt mire bejutottunk) nagy nehezen kerített valakit aki segített, elment a kulcsért hozott egy másikat….! Rég éreztem magam ilyen csalódottnak! Írtam utána üzenetet a parkolással kapcsolatban , de NEM KÉZBESÍTETTNEK JELEZTE VISSZA! Így kifizettük a parkolást !
