Perfecte per una bona estada a Scuol
9.0Excel.lent per a dues persones. Molt ben equipat, no falta de res i tot es al seu lloc. L’habitació i la sala principal son molt espaioses. En una zona molt tranquil.la a cinc minuts del carrer principal. Renovat i ben mantingut. Per repetir-hi estada, sens dubte.
− Res en particular. S’ajusta totalment a les expectatives.
Sehr zu empfehlen für eine Woche Scuol-Ferien.
9.0Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Es ist alles neu renoviert und auch sehr sauber.

7.0Sauberkeit, Lage - Bus vor der Türe, Informationen, Ausstattung der Küche. Besonders ideal ist der Hauswirtschaftsraum mit viel Platz für alles. Netter, hilfsbereiter Hauswart. Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
− Wir haben diese Unterkunft u.a. wegen dem Schlafsofa gebucht, das jedoch keines ist. Es ist ein ganz normales Sofa und wir mussten noch nach einem Leintuch dafür fragen. Beschreibung war in diesem Falle nicht zutreffend. Zudem sollte besser sichtbar sein, dass für die Sauna extra bezahlt werden muss. Oft steht: Sauna gegen Gebühr. Kein Skiraum. Unklar, ob Waschmaschine im Keller benutzt werden darf.

8.0Die Wohnung und die Lage waren top!
− Als wir in die Wohnung kamen, hatte die Abwaschmaschine Wasser verloren. Wir telefonierten sofort mit der Notfallnummer. Zuerst kam der Hauswart, er konnte aber nicht helfen. Von der Notfallnummer wurde dann mal zurückgerufen, dass am nächsten Tag am Nachmittag ein Monteur komme. Wir mussten unseren Schlüssel deponieren, da wir unterwegs waren. Abends um 22.45 Uhr kamen wir zurück und konnten unseren Schlüssel nicht herausholen. Wieder Telefon an Notfall, die allerdings etwas schwerfällig reagierten. Wir warteten vor verschlossener Wohnung. ca 15 Minuten später kam der Hauswart und öffnete uns mal die Wohnung. Wieder 10 Min. später kam dann jemand und brachte uns den Wohnungsschlüssel. Die Abwaschmaschine war weg. Es klaffte ein Loch in der Küche. Ja so hatten wir die ganzen Tage keine Abwaschmaschine zur Verfügung. Die Serviceleistung war echt nervig und schwerfällig.
