− Po příjezdu na adresu ubytování v cca 16:30 hod bylo až dodatečne vyžadováno uhrazení místního poplatku a tím zdržován přístup do ubytování. Samotnou komunikaci ze strany bookingu považuji za zcela nevhodnou, nedostatečnou a celkově chybnou .....výsledkem bylo dvojité stěhování mezi dvěma vilami Oliver (byly nám sděleny chybně dvě různé adresy, mylné kódy pro vyzvednutí klíčů atd.). Celá zkušenost je pro mě velkým zklamáním a pokud to půjde začnu využívat jiné zprostředkovatelské společnosti než je Booking ! Samotný provozovatel se na místě snažil a nakonec také celou věc vyřešil. Nicméně ten den jsme byli na konečném pokoji po několikerém stěhování ubytováni až kolem 20 hod.
