Great short stay for relaxation & cool vibe.
10.0The location was fantastic as right across road to beach. Close to old town & shops & restaurants. Lovely big room & good aircon. Breakfast was good. Checking in was smooth & easy to correspond with host.

Great holiday flat - we would rent again here.
9.0We had the King Room with Sea View - which was amazing - and the only room with a sea view. Room was really beautiful, there was air conditioning but not required when we visited in early May. You could sleep with the windows open and not be bamboozled by bugs. There were blackout shutters too. There was a tub and a sauna (didn't use either). Aside from the cleaning and kitchen staff, you won't see anyone else except other guests. The breakfast was lovely - juice, fruits, boiled eggs, various fresh pastries, toast, coffee, hot chocolate. There is a shared living room with a balcony - with a similar view as our room. There was a mini-bar with some water, pop and beers. We would definitely recommend. You are so close to the beach - there's a pizza restaurant Al Gabbiano- right in front of the building - which is always busy - but not noisy and even though its right on the tourist strip - it's a good value. Owner was communicative, helpful, caring (we almost had a medical emergency and they were helpful), they also helped with parking suggestions before arrival that worked perfectly.
− Bathroom did have a bit of a stale water smell but closing the bathroom door contained that. There are quite a lot of stairs to get to the room with no elevator - but the stairs are wide/modern/safe and there are landings every 13 steps. I think it was 54 steps to the apartment. Getting into the building initially required internet to message the owner.

9.0Die Lage, das Zimmer selbst war modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber.
− Man hörte die Klimaanlage in der Nacht vom Nachbarzimmer. Entweder etwas hellhörig oder durch den Schacht? Die Türen des Zimmers entsprechen nicht denen eines richtigen Hotels, sie sind dünn und normale Türen wie in einer Wohnung. Von innen auch nicht abschließbar.
