3.0The location is good, centre to everywhere. The staff were very responsive and polite. We were allowed early check-in
− The homestay badly needs maintenance. One of the room's air-conditioning is not working. Although the technician came, the faulty problem is with the compressor hence not able to rectify immediately. Same room's bed got ants on it, hence dare not sleep in it. We do find ants here and there in the house too. Window sills were dirty. Outside gate cannot be locked only secured by a wire to keep it from opening wide apart. Downstairs room is filled with moth ball smell. For the value paid, is not worth it.

9.0The location was reasonable but quite a distance from the sea, around 10 mins drive. Nearest restaurant was 3 mins drive away.
