10.0Private and solid entrance. Large and spacious property indeed. Greenery all around. Hygienic and spacious rooms and bathroom. All basic amenities provided. Three beaches, street restaurants, cafes and shacks within a 5 minute motorcycle ride or a 15 minute slow walk. Pet friendly homestay. Polite, courteous, friendly and hospitable property owner and his family. Financial transactions handled professionally. Cute dog called Bobu to play with. Worth the money paid.
− These are not dislikes but developmental feedback. The rooms should have a tall mirror for dressing. Or at least one tall mirror in the living room. There is only one small mirror outside the bathroom. The main door latch needs to be oiled. And that's it. The two developmental points were verbally also given to the owner (Sunraj Gaonkar).
