7.0Very clean. Very warm and cosy on a cold night Towels good quality- smelt great, as did the sheets. Bathroom lovely- great shower. Good TV Good lighting options. Easy to check in/out Good communication. Good value. Thank you 😊
− No bedding for the sofa-bed No coffee machine (only a kettle - would be good to have coffee machine/cafetiere.) The advert said toiletries provided, but only left over shampoo and tiny squeeze of liquid soap. (Very loud noise from upstairs on arrival gave bad first impression, but this did go after an hour, so didn't ruin stay.) The room could be a bit more attractive with a few additions - pictures, mirror, some new cushions. Hope this is useful feedback.

10.0Logement bien desservi avec un bus qui passe souvent et qui vous emmène directement aux trains ou alors vous pouvez marcher 15-20 minutes jusqu’à NORTHFIELDS et prendre le train. Et il est aussi situé dans un quartier calme.
− Ce n’est pas forcément négatif mais en ce qui concerne la recharge des appareils électroniques pour les voyageurs qui ne viennent pas du Royaume-Uni, prévoir un adaptateur car les prises ne sont pas les mêmes :)
Compact apartment for two
6.0The location is good close to Brentford train station and other amenities. The kitchen is reasonably equipped.
− It is very small with hardly any living area which has one small coffee table and one chair. The rest of room is taken up by a sofa bed. It is not suitable for three person as the compact toilet and shower room is in effect an ensuite for the bedroom. This means the person who sleeps on the sofa bed has to go to the bedroom in order to use the toilet. This was not visible when I booked the accommodation. Otherwise I wouldn't have made the booking.
