Lokacija dobra,postoji parking iza zgrade,jednostavna komunikacija sa vlasnicima.U stanu ima dovoljno peskira,cak i sredstva za licnu higijenu.

− Cistoca nije na dobrom nivou,stan ima miris ustajalosti i nedovoljne provetrenosti. Krevet u spavacoj sobi skripi kako se pomerite u krevetu.U stanu postoji soba koja je zakljucana a to nije naznaceno u samoj specifikaciji stana kada se renta.
